ITINERARY
This is just a sample itinerary explaining the package
Day 1:
Arrive at the hotel/Guesthouse in the morning or afternoon. After checking in, you may spend the rest of the day relaxing with your favorite drink at the poolside watching the sun making its gentle descent as it gives way to the African night skies. You may use the opportunity to go and explore the Sun City pleasure resort's nightlife of retaurants, caberet shows, clubs and gaming. Please note that you will have day access to Sun City and Valley of The Waves as part of this package. Should you choose to visit Sun City on Friday, day of arrival it will be for guest's own account.
Day 2:
After a delicious breakfast you may relax and enjoy the hotel/guesthouse facilities. At 11:00 Please be at the reception area as you will be shuttled to Sun City Pleasure Resort for a day filled with great entertainment and excitement. At Sun City you will enjoy some gaming if you are an enthusiast, you can do watersports at the Sun City Waterworld, you will enjoy delicious cuisine at the many fantastic restaurants on offer, the resort nightclub offers spectacular nightlife experiences. The most exciting of all must be Valley of The Waves which is a large man-made pool with artificially generated waves that elicits the same excitement as the ocean does. Complete with white sandy beaches and smiles all around, you will be excused for mistaking this pleasure haven with the sunny beaches of Durban or Cape Town. After an activity filled day you will be driven back to the hotel or guesthouse. Should you feel like more Sun City fun, you may freshen up and proceed back to Sun City in your own vehicle. The ticket will give you access back into the pleasure resort as long as its on the same day.
Day 3:
Once you have had an amazing final breakfast, you may pack your luggage, get your camera loaded and bid your weekend home farewell. If you wish to experience an ultimate wildloifge adventurehead on a scenic route to the Pilanesberg National Park which lies about 17 km away from Sundown Ranch Hotel, 3.5 KM from Valley View Guesthouse. Please note that the Pilanesberg Game Reserve entrance is not included in the package, you may pay at the entrance gate. You will spend the rest of the day game viewing in the park which is surrounded by aeons old volcanic hills. This is Big Five territorry. After the awe inspiring game viewing adventure you may head home or you may proceed to Sun City where you can end your weekend getaway on an exciting note at Valley of The Waves (for traveler's own account).

By completing the below booking request form or contacting us for a quote you agree to complying with our booking terms and conditions as well as cancellation policies of our organisation and those of our service providers. You do acknowledge before making any bookings with us that we have a variety of accommodation providers which may be refererd to as 'the hotel' in our legal documents, this term may mean an accommodation provider or discount agent or it may also mean the physical hotel itself. These are the service providers that make sure to negotiate on our behalf in getting you the best deals so they work extra hard for our clients to get to keep our prices lower than any other agent. These providers have their own cancellation terms which are communicated to you upon receiving your intention to cancel a standing booking that you have with Travel Affordable. You do acknowledge of our cancellation policy that: 1. Travel Affordable Pty Ltd Has a legal right to amend the cancellation policy and terms in mitigating the effects of any situation that may arise which Travel Affordable has no control over. 2. That the cancellation policy has a refund window in which refunds are paid on the 5th of the month, this means that a cancellation that comes before the 5th will be paid on the 5th of the following month. A cancellation that comes a day after the 5th of the month is paid on the 5th of the consecutive month meaning if the request came on 6th January or later, the refund would be paid on 05 March which will be the refund payment window following the next one which caters for requests that came before the 5th of the month. Cancellation refunds will be paid in 4 instalments starting with the first instalment on the day of the refund payment then from then on will be paid on the 5th of each of the following 4 months until all refund amounts due have been paid.
